Being based in Switzerland, the Academy For Future Science is working according to Swiss data protection legislation. At the same time, we strive to comply with all European Union privacy policies.
Generally, the use of our websites including all subpages is possible without providing personal data. The websites are owned and operated by the Academy For Future Science. You can find contact information and legal information in the imprint.
Your data is processed solely on the basis of applicable legal regulations and we are not interested in your browsing activities. By using our website, you agree to the following privacy policies on our websites:
“Personal information” is information that identifies a person or makes a person identifiable, such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, we will save your contact data for the purpose of processing you request and for follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent.
When buying products from our webshop the purchasing contract requires us to save your name, email, postal address and means of payment (e.g. credit card number) as well as occasionally cookies and IP address of the customer.
The data provided by you is necessary in order to fulfil the purchasing contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude a purchasing contract with you. We will not transfer any data to third parties with the exception of submitting credit card or payment data to the processing bank/payment service, submitting address data to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, as well as submitting data to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.
In the case of purchasing contract, all data from the contractual relationship are saved until the expiry of the tax retention period.
In addition, data such as name, address, and email is used to mail our annual seminar brochure and an occasional email newsletter. You can decline the newsletter at any time by using the “unsubscribe” button.
Social Media Plugins and Google Analytics:
Due to the “sharing” buttons for Facebook, Twitter, etc., the analytics programs sharethis and doubleclick are incorporated into this website. We have no influence on the data that may be transferred to Facebook, etc. The Academy itself does not collect personally identifiable information about your internet behavior.
